利用火焰原子吸收分光光度计测定了大米中金属元素的含量,采用HNO3-H2O2酸体系消解样品,优化了微波消解条件和仪器工作参数,测定结果为食用大米提供基础数据。
The content of different metal elements in rice was determined by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (AAS), and the samples were digested with microwave irradiation in HNO3-H2O2 acid system. The microwave dissolving conditions and instrument working parameters were optimized. The measurement results provide basic data for the consumption of rice.
