肉桂具有广泛的药理作用,如抗炎、解热镇痛、抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗肥胖、降血糖等。本文对肉桂的降糖研究及其作用机制进行了综述,并对其发展前景进行了展望,以期对肉桂的深入研究和开发提供一定的科学依据。
Cinnamon has a wide range of pharmacological effects, such as anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic, anti-tumor, anti-bacterial, anti-obesity, hypoglycemic and so on. In this paper, the hypo-glycemic research and its mechanism of action of Cinnamomum cassia were reviewed, and its de-velopment prospects were prospected, in order to provide some scientific basis for further research and development of Cinnamomum cassia.
