针对功能电路结构复杂,难以进行连接错误检查的问题,本文提出了一种基于图像识别技术的面包板功能电路智能自动检测识别系统。该系统通过智能手机采集功能电路的图像信息,利用数字图像处理技术对功能电路图像中的面包板、元器件和元器件的连接方式进行自动识别。通过开发该系统的安卓应用程序,将该系统与智能手机结合,可以实现便捷快速的功能电路自动检测、识别和纠错。实际应用测试显示,该系统能够自动识别出功能电路中各项元器件及元器件之间的连接关系,并能够实时分析和诊断功能电路,检测功能电路中的线路异常。
For the problem that the function circuit structure is complex to check the connection error, this paper presents an intelligent automatic detection and recognition system of breadboard function circuit based on image recognition technology. The system collects the image information of the functional circuit through the smart phone, and automatically identifies the bread plate, components and the connection mode of the functional circuit images with the digital image processing technology. By developing the android application of the system and combining the system with smart phones, it can realize convenient and fast automatic detection, recognition and error correction of functional circuits. The practical application test shows that the system can automatically identify the components in the functional circuit and the connection relationship between components and analyze and diagnose the functional circuit in real time to detect the abnormal circuit in the functional circuit.
