岘港被称为越南最值得生活的一个城市，它的发展速度非常迅猛。每到节假日和夏季旅游的时候，会有许多中国游客选择岘港作为节假日旅行和避暑的目的地。为了吸引更多中国游客和提高岘港旅游的服务质量。本文以调查问卷来进行分析中国游客去岘港的满意度及其他的影响因素。研究表明中国游客对岘港旅游满意度很高，但在一些方面如娱乐设施多样化，购物环境，交通工具的满意度不高，需要对岘港旅游业的进行改善和提高。进而，本文提出了一些建议和策略来进行参考。
Da Nang is known as one of the most worthwhile cities in Vietnam, and its development is very rapid. Every holiday and summer travel, many Chinese tourists choose Da Nang as a holiday travel and summer destination. In order to attract more Chinese tourists and improve the ser-vice quality of Da Nang tourism in the future, this paper uses a questionnaire to analyze the sat-isfaction of Chinese tourists to Da Nang and other influencing factors. The research shows that Chinese tourists are highly satisfied with Da Nang tourism, but in some aspects, such as the di-versification of entertainment facilities, shopping environment and transportation, the satisfac-tion of Da Nang tourism is not high, so it is necessary to improve Da Nang tourism. Furthermore, this paper puts forward some suggestions and strategies for reference.
