%X It is the responsibility of the clinician to assess for the presence of erectile dysfunction, ejaculatory dysfunction, or diminished libido related to hypoandrogenism among men presenting with a primary complaint of infertility. Referral to a reproductive urologist or other appropriate specialist with requisite expertise in the evaluation and treatment of such conditions is often warranted.
