%X Pemphigus vegetans is a rare form of pemphigus vulgaris. Its characterized by hypertrophic and vegetating lesions, which typically affects the big folds. We report a case of Neumann pemphigus with involvement of the oral mucosa, with which a spectacular improvement to erythromycin.
