%X Sometimes, incredible and unexpected blessings occur in our careers. Nearly a year ago an opportunity was presented to me that advanced my career in a direction I had never expected. I accepted a position as associate director at the University of Connecticut¡¯s Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL), leaving my position as associate dean in the school of pharmacy. Since that time, I have been asked by many colleagues what lessons I can pass along from this amazing experience
