Previously, a fibroadenolipoma within the right breast was diagnosed clinically and radiologically. Further work-up with tomosynthesis, magnetic resonance imaging, and magnetic resonance-guided biopsy showed an invasive ductal carcinoma within the fibroadenolipoma, which are usually benign breast lesions not associated with malignancy.
