Due to often delayed medical presentation after initial onset, it is necessary for the urologist to appropriately and effectively diagnose and manage these lesions in order to optimize outcomes and minimize morbidity. Herein, we review the differential diagnosis and basic diagnostic approaches of penile lesions. We emphasize the need for awareness of premalignant and malignant tumours. We also review common office-based treatment modalities for benign and malignant lesions %U https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6620174/
