%X Rationale/Background: Evidence shows that individual physicians are poor at self-assessment and as a result, fail to evaluate their own learning needs accurately. In an era of practice improvement and physician enhancement programs, physicians require support to collect, interpret and analyze practice data in order to identify and address gaps in knowledge and practice. In partnership with the BC College of Family Physicians, the UBC CPD has designed and implemented an online, self-guided practice improvement tool that walks family physicians through the process of identifying and addressing personal learning needs
