%X Pityriasis rubra pilaris is an inflammatory dermatologic disorder of unknown cause and often confounded with psoriasis. It is characterised by hyperkeratotic follicular papules, scaly erythematous plaques, palmoplantar keratoderma, and a progression to generalised erythroderma.
