%X Malignant brain tumors carry a high risk for leptomeningeal dissemination, but tumor cells floating in the CSF are often not affected by systemic and/or antiangiogenic chemotherapy. Since liposomal cytarabine was removed from the market, alternatives for intraventricular therapy are desperately needed.
