Goldman School of Dental Medicine and tissue sections were prepared and stained. Slides made from one selected subject from 3 to 5 subjects sampled in each category of dysplasia, differentiated oral cancer, and poorly differentiated oral cancer, respectively, are shown. Stained slides were imaged using an automated slide imager, and images were processed using Case Viewer software version 2.2 (Budapest, Hungary).
