%0 Journal Article %T Multimorbidity Network Surveillance: Chronic Disease Clusters and Social Disparities %J Archive of "Online Journal of Public Health Informatics". %D 2019 %R 10.5210/ojphi.v11i1.9801 %X We study how multimorbidity prevalence is related to socio-economic conditions in Memphis, TN. In addition, we demonstrate that the accumulation of chronic conditions, which is measured by affinity in multimorbidity, is unevenly distributed throughout thecity.
