Effect of NADPH oxidase related genes on metabolism of Coniothyrium minitans %A 孙池 %A 蒋静 %A 胡先文 %A 付艳苹 %A 姜道宏 %J 华中农业大学学报 %D 2019 %X 基于液质联用(LC MS)的代谢组学分析手段,通过突变株Qnox1-6与野生株zs-1的代谢比较,研究NADPH氧化酶相关基因对盾壳霉代谢的影响。筛选得到14个重要的代谢差异物质,主要是羧酸类和苷类物质。特别是7个仅在突变株中出现的物质为:苯二酚、松柏苷、甾体皂苷类物质、3个羧酸类物质及其他物质,这些代谢物与盾壳霉寄生核盘菌紧密相关。
To investigate the metabolic effects of NOX related genes on Coniothyrium mintans,LC MS based metabolomics analysis was applied to detect the metabolites of mutant Qnox1-6 and the wild strain zs-1.The study shows that fourteen substances are significantly different between the two strains, most of which are carboxylic acids and glycosides. And seven metabolites only exist in the mutant strain,including hydroquinone,coniferine,saponin,three carboxylic acids and one other substance.
