%X This paper proposes a collaborative group decision model for internet public opinion emergency with interval-valued index involved multiple decision-makers. By using the proposed emergency decision model the optimal weight of each individual and collaborative index of emergency can be determined. Finally, the comprehensive crisis of each emergency can be calculated by integrating the individual severity with the collaborative severity. According to the ranking of crisis the emergency department can make effective decision scheme to deal with all the internet public opinion emergencies
