%X Aim: Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease is one of the most common genetic renal diseases. Cyclooxygenase plays an important role in epithelial cell proliferation and may contribute to the mechanisms underlying cyst formation. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the role of cyclooxygenase inhibition in the cyst progression in polycystic kidney disease.
