In doing this, we examined the influence of individual work experience and the social relationship it embraced. Three predictors were examined: internal-motivation to remain, job challenge, and workload. All three were significant and positive predictors of affective commitment. We also tested these relationships at different levels of leadership and harmonious co-worker relationships. Results here indicated higher organizational commitment when the supervisor climate was more pleasant.
