%X A 24-year-old woman came into the emergency room (ER) with complaints of significant vaginal bleeding. The patient recently had undergone a dilation and curettage (D&C), performed after early pregnancy loss. She had one pregnancy and no deliveries (G1P0010). The doctor ordered a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound to look for a potential cause of the bleeding. The examinations revealed the patient¡¯s uterus to contain a pseudoaneurysm (Figures 1 and 2)
