Extending the literature on workforce diversity/inclusion, we present the community-inclusive organizational framework, which signifies the dynamics of community inclusiveness of organizations highlighting key managerial accountabilities (i.e., cultural, collective, relational, and structural accountabilities) based on the community psychology perspective.
