Drawing on the research into anti-bias and racial equity training, and their own experiences, Gislaine Ngounou and Nancy Gutierrez explain why it is beneficial to have an inter-racial team lead such training. By bringing multiple backgrounds and perspectives to the learning experience, an interracial team will give a broader array of participants someone to relate to as they have difficult conversations about identity. Such teams can also model vulnerability and productive conflict as they offer their different perspectives. The authors present principles for how such teams can work together and examples of conversations and experiences interracial facilitators have while leading training sessions %U https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/full/10.1177/0031721719846891
