Even a short list of such Renaissance men must include three Iranian immigrants, the scholar Ab¨±¡¯l Fat£¿ G¨©l¨¡n¨©, the scientist and administrator Fat£¿ull¨¡h Sh¨©r¨¡z¨© and the radical poet ¡®Urf¨© Sh¨©r¨¡z¨©.
