	<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">随着免疫治疗时代来临，免疫相关性一些疾病随之出现，免疫相关性心肌炎临床比较少见，容易漏诊误诊，治疗不及时或失治误治往往会对肿瘤患者造成生命危险。为提高该病在临床上的诊治率，通过这2例患者的诊治经过，来说明免疫相关性心肌炎治疗中激素应用时间的重要性。<br />
With the advent of the immunotherapy
era, some immune related diseases appear. Immune associated myocarditis is
rare, it is easy to miss diagnosis and misdiagnosis. Untimely treatment or mistreatment will cause life dangerous to
patients. In order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment rate of the
disease, through the diagnosis and treatment of these two patients to
illustrate the importance of hormone application time in the treatment of
immune associated myocarditis.</span>
