	芬太尼类化合物作为μ型阿片受体激动剂，具有高效的镇痛麻醉作用，在临床上得到了广泛应用，研究者对其结构进行了改造和修饰，芬太尼类似物快速发展，已有部分应用于临床，如舒芬太尼、阿芬太尼等，本文对芬太尼类化合物的临床研究进展作如下综述。<br />
Fentanyl compounds, as μ opioid receptor agonists, have highly effective analgesic and anesthetic effects, and have been widely used in clinical practice. Researchers have transformed and modified their structures, and Fentanyl analogues have developed rapidly. Some of them have been used in clinical practice, such as sufentanil and alfentanil. In this paper, the clinical research progress of Fentanyl compounds is summarized as follows.
