	<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">急性腹痛是急诊和普外相关科室最常见的情况之一，它具有起病急、病因复杂、病情严重程度不一的特点，医护人员应给予充分重视，以免错过最佳治疗时机，造成严重后果。近年来，随着临床技术的进步，对明确急性腹痛病因也得到了较大的提升。准确的获得急性腹痛患者的基本情况及病史，及时的获得患者的影像学资料，及早的明确诊断，尽早开始镇痛治疗，对一个急性腹痛患者来说是刻不容缓的。本文旨在围绕急性腹痛的疼痛管理及其诊断展开论述。<br />
Acute abdominal pain is one of the
most common conditions in emergency departments and general surgery
departments, which has the characteristics of acute onset, complex etiology and
different severity of the disease, so doctors and nurses should pay full
attention to it so as not to miss the best time for treatment and cause serious
consequences. In recent years, with the progress of clinical technology, the
diagnosis of the cause of acute abdominal pain has been greatly improved. It is
urgent for a patient with acute abdominal pain to accurately obtain the basic
situation and medical history of patients with acute abdominal pain, to obtain
the imaging data of patients in time, to make a definite diagnosis as early as
possible, and to start analgesic treatment as soon as possible. The purpose of
this paper is to discuss the pain management and diagnosis of acute abdominal
pain.</span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"></span>
