细粒棘球蚴病是由细粒棘球绦虫的幼虫细粒棘球蚴引起的人和动物重要的人畜共患寄生虫病。目前对该病并无有效的控制手段,因此有效的诊断方法对细粒棘球蚴病的防控尤为重要。根据在中间宿主体内细粒棘球蚴的生长阶段,可以把诊断抗原分为:六钩蚴时期抗原、原头蚴时期抗原和囊液时期抗原。文章主要从这几个时期的诊断抗原的最新进展进行综述,为细粒棘球蚴病免疫诊断所用抗原的研究提供参考。
Cystic echinoccosis is an important zoonotic parasitic disease of humans and animals caused by Echinococcus granulosus. At present, there is no effective method for the disease, so effective diagnostic methods are particularly important for the prevention and control of cystic echinococcosis. According to the growth stage of Echinococcus granulosus in the intermediate host, the diagnostic antigens can be divided into: oncosphere stage antigen, protoscoleces stage antigen and cystic fluid stage antigen. This article introduces the latest advances in diagnostic antigens to provide a reference for the study of antigens used in immunodiagnosis of cystic echinococcosis.
