A Power Supply System for TR Modules of Ac-tive Phased Array Radar %A 王育才 %A 包晓军 %A 刘远曦 %A 李琳 %A 刘会涛 %J Open Journal of Circuits and Systems %P 28-34 %@ 2327-0861 %D 2020 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/OJCS.2020.92004 %X TR组件是固态有源相控阵雷达的核心模块之一。由于受到体积、重量和工作环境的限制,TR组件的电源模块必须具备高功率密度、高效率、高可靠性和高可维修性。目前对TR组件供电的方式多为集中供电的方式,其可靠性较差,效率较低。本文提出了一种采用分布式方式供电的TR电源系统实现方案。该电源系统使用两个相同的AC/DC转换模块提供直流12 V冗余输入电源,给8个相同的TR电源模块供电。其中每个TR电源模块给8个TR模块供电,8个TR电源模块总共用于给64个TR模块供电。每个TR电源模块的电压输出可以精确的调整,电压、电流、功耗和温度可以被实时监控。测试结果显示该电源系统可靠性高,可维修性好,能够有效改善电源的输出质量与效率。此外,还有连接可靠,架构简单,易于扩展等优点。
TR module is one of the core modules of solid-state active phased array radars. Due to the limitation of volume, weight and working environment, the power supply system of TR modules must have high power density, high efficiency, high reliability and high maintainability. At present, centralized power supply systems are widely used for TR modules, which have poor reliability and low efficien-cy. This paper presents a distributed power supply system for TR modules of active phased array radars. The power supply system uses two identical AC/DC converter modules to provide redundant DC 12 V input to power eight identical TR power modules. Each TR power module supplies power to 8 TR modules, and 8 TR power modules are used to provide power to 64 TR modules in total. The output voltages of each TR power module can be precisely adjusted, and the voltage, current, power consumption, and temperature of the TR power module can be monitored in real time. Testing re-sults show that the power supply system has high reliability and good maintainability, and can ef-fectively improve the output quality and efficiency.
