The structure of deposited vanadium catalyst and sizes of vanadium xerogels nanoparticles were investigated by physicochemical methods. The nano-sized particles (5-8 nm) of xerogel vanadium, deposited on titanium oxide, exhibit high catalytic activity in the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide and in the oxidation of o-xylene by hydrogen peroxide under mild conditions. %U https://bulletin.chemistry.kz/index.php/kaznu/article/view/813
