In the past it was thought that the damaging effect of earthquakes was only due to the inadequate selection building elements and building materials.After 1960's it is found that soils are very effective for the earthquake¡¯s damage and magnitude. In this study, the resonant column test is chosen to investigate the dynamic effect at low stress level, which is effective for structures such as foundation and soil works. Thus, for the analysis of dynamic parameters under low stresses, resonant column test was carried out in clay soil, at different cell pressures.
