%X Systemic sclerosis and sjogren¡¯s syndrome are autoimmune connective tissue diseases that can occur with vascular involvement. Clinically cardiovascular involvement is uncommon, however it is a bad prognostic factor if it is symptomatic. We aimed to present our off-pump coronary artery bypass graft operation experience with a 49 year old female diabetic patient who has systemic sclerosis and sjogren¡¯s syndrome
