%0 Journal Article %T Intradural Schwannoma Accompanying with Conus Medullaris Ependymoma: A Case Report %A Ozan HA£¿£¿MO£¿LU %J - %D 2018 %X Abstract Background: The most common types of intradural tumors are ependymoma andschwannomma. These are rarely seen together at the same time. This cooccurence isoften associated with a syndrome called neurofibromatosis (NF). Case presentation: A 38-years-old female patient, who complained of back pain. Oncontrast enhanced spinal MR imaging, two lesion were detected. Immunohistochemical examination showed that the first lesion was schwannoma, whereas the second lesion was myxopapillary ependymoma. Discussion:Ependymoma and schwannoma are rarely seen together at the same time,which often associated with NF.Conclussion: This cooccurence should remind genetic disorders such as neurofib-romatosis and should be investigated for other tumors %K Spinal %K Epandimom %K Schwannom %K N£¿rofibromatozis %U http://dergipark.org.tr/ktah/issue/47188/594173
