%X Employment and unemployment in developed world countries and Turkey has always been an important issue. The most significant part of this area is the younger segment, which will shape our future. Education that aims at increasing the solution and productivity of the problem of unemployment, and especially after the education of higher education, is beyond the expectations of unemployment among young people, seriously suggesting society and states. Government officials and scientists who are looking for a solution to this problem can offer alternative solutions for each economy and country. Employment and unemployment in developed world countries and Turkey has always been a major problem. In this study, taking into consideration the policies of the developed western countries to prevent youth unemployment, various proposals will be made to prevent young unemployment that is appropriate to the social and economic structure of Turkey. Furthermore, considering the basic sectors of Turkey, economic structure and conjuncture situation, basic employment policies that can be applied in every period will be evaluated and the issue will be shaped
