%X Food culture has passed through different processes since the existence of mankind, and we can say that it is shaped within its own cultural elements, because every nation's lifestyle related to nutrition can be different. While the desire of people to overcome their hunger is a physical necessity, the shape, time and eating preference in this hunger elimination process is sociological, anthropological, and therefore cultural. In the case of fulfilling this need, we can talk about the interaction of feelings. As much as the impact on your emotions of a highly acclaimed meal, our emotional reflection can also be inevitable. The aim of this study in this context is to present the interaction between the book of the Mexican writer Laura Esquivel, who contributed to the Latin American literature, and the food culture and the inner world of individuals
