Organizational citizenship behavior, which is one of the positive organizational behaviors, and psychological endurance, which is an aspect of psychological capital, are the behavior patterns expected by the organizations from their employees. The aim of this study is to reveal the intermediary role of organizational citizenship behavior in the effect of psychological endurance on the intent of quitting one¡¯s job. The sample group of the study consists of 221 employees working in the banking sector in £¿stanbul province. The data gathered within the study has been obtained through online Google forms and interviews. The data collection tools employed in this study are; ¡°Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale¡±, ¡°Psychological Endurance Scale for Adults¡± and ¡°The Scale for the Intent of Quitting One¡¯s Job¡±. The data obtained within the study have been analyzed using conceptual mediation modeling and structural equation modeling with path coefficients.
