%0 Journal Article %T A Research on the Job Engagement of Sales and Marketing Employees %A KEREM A£¿CI %J - %D 2019 %X As a part of positive psychology movement, job engagement is defined as a mental state during which the employee feels well, happy with his work, attach and focus on his work. The level of vigor, devotional, and concentration dimensions of this mental state determines the level of job engagement. And there are many factors affecting these dimensions. In our study, the factors that affect the level of job engagement of sales marketing employees are examined. Qualitative research method interview technique was used in this study. The sample of the study constitutes 15 white-collar employees who works in sales and marketing department of a company in food sector all in Turkey. Descriptive analysis method was used in the analysis of the data and the answers were classified according to the dimensions of job engagement. As a result of the study, many factors that affect the vigor, devotional and concentration dimensions of the passion for work have been identified but most importantly, it is concluded that the factor that affects all three dimensions positively and negatively is the organization support %K i£¿e tutkunluk %K din£¿lik %K adanm£¿£¿l£¿k %K yo£¿unla£¿ma %U http://dergipark.org.tr/bifd/issue/45038/553241
