%0 Journal Article %T The Effects of Education Employees¡¯ Organizational Justice Perceptions and Organizational Culture on Knowledge Sharing: Testing the Mediating Role of Organizational Culture %A Hale £¿ZDO£¿A£¿ £¿ZG£¿T %A Orhan ULUDA£¿ %A £¿lyas AKTA£¿ %J - %D 2019 %X This paper aims to investigate the effects of perceptions of organizational justice and organizational culture on knowledge sharing whilst testing the mediating role of organizational culture. The study sample was amassed through the Alt£¿nordu, Aybast£¿, £¿atalp£¿nar, Fatsa ve G£¿lk£¿y districts of Ordu/Turkey. The sample was consisted of 511 educational employees¡¯ that devised of 286 males and 225 females. As a data collection tool, self administered questionnaires were conducted. In order to test the hypothesized relationships, correlation analyses, hierarchical regression analyses and Sobel tests were executed. The results demonstrated that higher levels of organizational justice perceptions lead to higher levels organizational culture. Additionally, the results of the regression analyses depicted that only procedural and interactional justice perceptions positively effected knowledge sharing.
