Today, tourism activities offer different alternatives such as nature, history, culture, shopping. Therefore, people want to create different tourism destinations according to their travel concept and need applications to help them. An Android-based mobile application has been developed that allows easy creation of our own travel plan with the help of a smartphone in work. The user can choose his / her own sightseeing spots by applying the map via Google map. The application detects the distances between selected tour locations on Google maps and calculates the shortest tour by using the genetic optimization algorithm according to the start and end positions and visually presents the tour route through the map. The shortest lap calculation process can be used as a parametric function, dynamically for different routes when desired. If start and end points are not specified, the system will automatically define the position as start and end positions and calculate accordingly. Since the system can do all calculations on its own and it stored the information on its own, therefore it is no need for a server computer for these operations. At the shortest path calculations are not considered other road attributes (number of intersections, the number of the traffic light, traffic jam, etc.). In this application, some travel points in Burdur province were determined and the information about the places was uploaded and tested on the system %K n K£¿sa Tur %K Mobil Tur Rehberi %K Google Haritalar %K Google API %U http://dergipark.org.tr/makuiibf/issue/37088/356320
