%X To address an issue of cinema¡¯s educational theme and using of cinema for educational institutions is a purposeful whole, is not ordinary case. Powerful states tried to maintain the whole in addition worked up into an important industry expanding cinema¡¯s the value and sphere of influence since the dawn of cinema. As well as subject to cinema of organizational and managerial problems of education systems within this industry contributed to take on the agenda of various issues from teachers to manager, from school to society layers and to encourage of motivation for solution cases. With this work, based on education 40 films which has been issued organizational and managerial problems of education systems has evaluated examined the functionality
