The study was a cross-sectional study. The sample of the study was taken at the same time as the sampling, and the sample of the students who read in the fourth grade of Ege University Department of Midwifery of Izmir Atat¨¹rk Health School and who accepted to participate in the study was in the data collection stage (n:82). The average age of the study group was 22.41¡À1.35 (min=21.0, max=27.0). 96.3% of the students were single, 46.3% were living and 4.9% were working. 41.5% of the students stated that they often compensated for the problems they could not hear when they could not learn from any necessity. The average score published was 34.64¡À3.42 (min= 25.0, max= 42.0). The graduated section was compared to the fact that they were known in the department, being a student in the department, believing that the trainings they had developed developed communication skills and were satisfied with their survival choices.
