%X Abstract Malnutrition is the result of structural deficiencies and malfunctioning of the organs,which are deprived of the macro or micronutrients that are essential to the tissues. In hospitalized patients, there is 30-60% malnutrition, 10-25% of which is severe malnutrition. Malnutrition significantly increases the morbidity and mortality of patients followedand treated with palliative care. Therefore, palliative care for malnutrition is very important
