%T ASSESMENT OF VIEWS ON CHANGE WORK ABOUT CONSITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS ON FORESTRY IN TURKEY

%X The purpose of this study, change work about constitutional amendments in forestry in Turkey is evaluated perspectives of different groups of subjects. In this context, opinions of the the government, the opposition, non-governmental organizations and academicians were analyzed about the relevant provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey and the study was prepared in accordance with the opinions of the three groups of forestry engineers, OGM Inspectors, Forestry Engineering students. Survey technique was used as the data collection method in the study. The questionnaire was applied to 245 people. A 4-point likert scale was used in the questionnaires. SPSS 20 statistical package program was used for the evaluation of the obtained data and a statistical significance level of 0.05 was taken as the criterion. Non-parametric tests were evaluated by Kruskal Wallis test due to the data do not have normal distribution. As an important finding in the survey, in case the regulations on forests and forestry take place in the new Constitution, these provisions are found in the 1982 Constitution as "protection and development of forests" and "preservation of forest villagers" in two or more places. While 55.5% of the participants should participate in more than one items, 32.2% of the participants should be organized in single item. 11.4% of them should be regulated under another heading and 0,8% of the participants stated that it is not necessary to organize forest and forestry in the constitution
