This competition depends on to survive and be able to keep up with the times businesses. Businesses are the most important factor in terms of human resources. That the ethical climate in the organization to make the most efficient form of human resources and provision of employee job satisfaction and thus it is necessary to increase their commitment to the organization. The high increase of employees' job satisfaction and organizational commitment and performance level will increase their productivity. The aim of the study is to examine the effects of ethical climate perception on the employees in terms of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The aim of this study is to measure the awareness of the ethical concept of the employees and also to determine how the concept of ethics has a positive or negative effect on them. It is aimed to understand the ethical climate awareness of organizations and how they affect the employees within the organization and as a result of this, the organization and the management will realize policies for the employees. In this study questionnaire method was used as data collection tool. The survey includes 31 questions to measure demographic characteristics, ethical climate, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 22 package program and frequency distribution and Correlation test. As a result, it was determined that there was a positive relationship between ethical climate perception and job satisfaction (r = 0,003).
