This fundamental right is also concerned with workers. However, in our country there are no legal regulations regarding the right of worship of workers. This leads to debates about how the worker will use his right to worship, which is equivalent to his working hours. If no provisions are made with individual and collective labor agreements, a solution can be found within the framework of general rules. Prayer worship is the most common worship of a Muslim worker¡¯s life. The boundaries of prayer worship in the working life of the worker is the subject of an interdisciplinary study. In our work, we tried to determine the framework of the prayer worship of the workers. How the worker can perform the prayer is taken into consideration in the legal aspect by considering the views of Islamic lawyers. Daily prayers and Friday prayer have different legal situations because of different circumstances. Having a place of worship in the workplace is also a right that is directly related to prayer worship. Provisions concerning the main sources of labor law and the subject of judicial decisions have been evaluated. Disputes concerning the prayer worship of the workers are solved in the present case by mutual obligations and general provisions.
