%0 Journal Article %T Chance in the Perspective of the Russian Society in the View of Moral Values Over Time %A Gamze Tun£¿ %J - %D 2018 %X The forms and rules of conduct that individuals in a society must obey are called morals. The factors that determine moral values are veried. Like customs, consuetudes and the rules that religion requires. In this study, we will examine the values find in society. This study was carried out on two different works reflecting two different periods of Russian society structure. One of these works is Tolstoy¡¯s Anna Karenina, an example of 19th-century Russian social life, and the other is Macter and Margarita of Mikhail Bulgakov, whom we chose to obcerve the Russian social life of the 20th century. The factor that determines the ethical value judgments in our study is considered as the Ten Commandments in the Old Testament. It was observed that in the Works inspired by the Ten Commandments, the society gave different responses to the same moral problems at different times. There are significant differences between the two periods in perceiving and practicing religios orders.
