%X Depending on the political, economic, social and technological developments in the world, it is observed that lodging companies have difficulties to sustain their existence. Nowadays, lodging companies should have a strong financial structure in order to continue their activities successfully. In this context, it is important to measure and manage the risk of financial failure in terms of lodging companies. The purpose of this research is to measure the financial failure risks of the lodging companies traded in Borsa Istanbul (BIST) for the years 2012-2017 by Beaver model. For this purpose, 11 lodging companies traded in Borsa Istanbul (BIST) were analyzed according to the variables of the Beaver model. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that some of the BIST lodging companies were insufficient to meet their long-term obligations, that their net working capital was negative, their profitability was low, their cash flows were insufficient, and their financial leverage levels were effective
