Organizations which are able to provide service to the target market in an original and different manner can be confident about the future and can take firm steps forward. At this point, reputation management, one of the application areas of public relations and one of the strategic communications management elements, comes into play. A strong corporate identity will bring with positive images and the sum of these positive images will result in a strong corporate reputation. The study consists of two sections. In the first section, reputation and reputation management concepts will be discussed in detail and the factors forming reputation will be presented. In the second section, examination of the hypotheses related with the reputation management constituted by the health institutions and interpretation of the survey study conducted based upon the structure of the research will take part. For this purpose, survey study was conducted with 926 patients who got service from four private hospitals of Sanliurfa.
