%0 Journal Article %T Investigation of Career Search Self-efficacy in Terms of Various Variables %J - %D 2019 %X The term of career search self-efficacy is quite new to the national literature. Career search self-efficacy is defined as the ability to participate in work activities successfully, to contact with people in the business, to act according to abilities and values. The purpose of present study is to examine whether career self-efficacy is significantly different according to gender, grade level, whether to get vocational counseling during university entrance, whether to making career plan or not, and whether to participation in supporting career development activities. The research was designed with the screening model. The research group is consisted of 1278 (786 female - %61.5) university students. Career Search Self-efficacy Scale and personal information form were used. The data of the study were analyzed by t-test and one-way analysis of variance. According to the results, it was determined that career search self-efficacy did not show any significant difference according to gender and grade level.
