%X The rapid spread of computer usage in the globalizing World has led to the use of the internet in people's daily lives at the same rate. The desire the services that each individual wants to get from the State quickly, reveals the concept of electronic state (e-state) in the light of these developments. Turkey showed a rapid development of e-state services, particularly in terms of the use of citizens in recent years, it is easier to reach many services and it became an application that can be reached to citizens by mobile phones. In the virtual world, the security of devices and applications that contain personal information such as computers, mobile phones and the internet is an important issue. Now a days information Security attacks has increased. Besides these types of attacks and the mistakes we made to wards our personel safety also varied. In this study, the concept of e-state is defined and information concerning its development process in Turkey is provided. By explaining the concept of information security. In the e-state services in Turkey, the points to be considered in terms of the security of personel confidential information have been evaluated
