%0 Journal Article %T Opinions of the Candidate and Mentor Teachers About the Candidate Teacher Training Process %A Ayhan BULUT %A Emin Tamer YENEN %A Fevzi DURSUN %J - %D 2018 %X In this study, evaluation of the candidate teacher training process in accordance with the opinions of the candidate and mentor teachers has been aimed by defining a general framework of the process started to be implemented by the Ministry of Education to ensure candidate teachers' Professional orientation. The case study design, one of the qualitative research designs, was used in the study. In this context, 23 candidate teachers assigned to the official schools in the city center of Erzurum in the Spring semester of 2015-2016 academic year and passing candidacy process here and 10 advisor teachers appointed for this purpose were assigned as a working group of their search. Their search data were collected by using a semi-structured interview form consisting of six questions on both forms. The obtained data were analyzed by the content analysis method.
