%X The Seljuks chieftains were not left to establish a new state in Khorasan, they wanted to make this state a world-wide Turkish state. By the expression of Bundari; During the reign of Melikshah, ¡°The cities of Khorasan were in peace and quiet and their roads were safe. Khorasan was surrounded by military governors. Good people who settled in the vicinity had taken their place as a homeland. But Khorasan came to a position where there was a certain period of weakness in administration due to the throne struggles that started after the death of Sultan Melikshah.
